Hubert Balcerzak holds an Eng./BSc. in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology (Faculty of Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications) and an MSc. in Cognitive Science from Jagiellonian University. His master’s thesis, defended in September 2024, explored the relationship between layout symmetry and spatial navigation, investigated through a virtual reality-based experiment. Currently, Hubert splits his time between working as a programmer and preparing his Ph.D. dissertation on spatial navigation in non-Euclidean virtual reality environments under the supervision of Mateusz Hohol and co-supervision of Bartosz Baran.
