Piotr Szymanek

Piotr holds Master’s degrees in cognitive science and religious studies (both from Jagiellonian University). He received the Perzanowski Prize for the best Master’s dissertation (2021). He is an author of papers published in Consciousness and Cognition and Journal for the Cognitive Science of Religion. Piotr divides his brain-time between working on a Ph.D. thesis concerning agency detection at the Doctoral School in the Social Sciences of JU (supervisor: Mateusz Hohol), and investigating mathematical processing and cognitive artifacts in the MCLL.
